Don't limit yourself. Just because your assignment is for a SSPE course doesn't mean that the only relevant resources for you will be those obviously connected to sport science and physical education (such as the SPORTDiscus database). Think about what your assignment topic is really about. There may resources from other disciplines that could be of use to you.
Doing research in the area of sport management? Perhaps you should include some business resournces in your search.
Researching a topic in physical education? There are resources in the broader field of education.
Does your topic have a connection to the field of psychology? If so, you may want to take a look at some of the psychology resources.
